1. Pre Arrival

  • ŸTelephone, e-mail and web contact is available at all times.
  • ŸBookings can be made by telephone, e-mail or post.
  • The house is 1 kilometre from the town centre.
  • The nearest bus stop is 150 metres from the entrance.
  • The nearest train station is Penrith. Taxi and bus services are available.

2. Arrival and Car Parking

  • ŸThere is a off road parking available for six cars immediately beside the property. A space for each room.
  • There is also on street parking.

3. Main Entrance & Reception

  • There is a front entrance with two steps up to the front door via a level parking area.
  • There is external lighting at the front and side of the property.
  • The reception hallway incorporates entrances to the lounge and dining room. A flight of stairs leads to the first floor.

4. General Areas

  • ŸGuests are advised of all fire exits and procedures Fire Risk assessment document in place. All fire alarms are mains operated and interconnected.
  • The house has a level ground floor area with bedrooms on the first and second floors.
  • Telephone in all bedrooms and a wi-fi internet connection installed.

5. Ground Floor Public Areas

  • This area is accessed via the front door and hallway.
  • Lighting via ceiling and table lamps.
  • The lounge has two Chesterfield sofas and armchairs.
  • Ample space around seating and table furniture.

  • Access via front door and hallway.
  • Individual dining table and chairs for each room.

7. First Floor Double Bedrooms

  • Four double bedrooms accessed by a short flight of stairs from the ground floor.
  • All rooms have king-size beds.
  • All beds and furniture is of standard height.
  • Lighting is provided by ceiling and table lamps.
  • Bathrooms have anti-slip tile flooring.
  • All bathroom furniture of standard height.

8. Second Floor Double Bedrooms

  • Two double bedrooms accessed by a short flight of stairs from the first floor.
  • Both rooms have king-size beds.
  • All beds and furniture is of standard height.
  • Lighting is provided by ceiling and table lamps.

  • The front garden is gravelled with planted area.
